16 oz Salmon fillet, about 1/2 inch thick
1 Tbs Feta cheese, crumbled
2 Tbs Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Minced fresh mint
1/4 cup Low sodium vegetable broth
